About us

Hello there! I'm Anna Pipitone, the proud owner of La Croûte Bakery Cafe. I was born and raised here in Rockton Illinois and attended Hononegah Community High School (class of 2018). Following high school, I furthered my baking skills at the Culinary Institute of America Greystone campus. Additionally, I obtained my bachelor's degree in food business management with a focus on advanced pastry at the Hyde Park New York Campus. It's awesome to be back in Rockton, and I can't wait to see where this exciting journey takes me!
